Steelers Win in Convincing Fashion

All week ESPN sang the praises of RG3. Some analyst going as far as saying that he was the NFL MVP this year. Well the RG3 for MVP train was derailed by an aggressive and physical Steelers defense. The Steelers D did not make any game changing plays but did a great job containing RG3's running and big plays. They only had one sack on the day but did hit RG3 on a number of occasions.

The real MVP talk should start with Ben Roethlisberger who now has 11 TD's and only 3 INT's. The Steelers offense was balanced and efficient all day long. They did not turn the ball over and controlled the clock. Jonathan Dwyer ran very well for the second straight week. Heath Miller continues to have his best season catching the ball.

Antonio Brown had a punt return touchdown called back for an illegal block in the back. The penalties on the kick returns have plagued the Steelers all season. They need to clean it up because it is costing the Steelers field position and today cost them 7 points.

The Steelers are now 4-3 and head to NY to play the 6-2 Giants.
